Jaspers supplies us with the great-quality, local beef that fills our delicious range of pasties, pies, slices and sandwiches with genuine Cornish taste.

David Jasper rears his own South Devon cattle (which featured on our last TV ad!) just 6 short miles from the Ginsters bakery. He runs a local abattoir and has around 500 farmers that help him to keep up with ever-growing demand. We’ve been working with Jaspers for over 10 years and they supply us with over 65% of the beef that we use at Ginsters every week - you might say they are a key ingredient in the Ginsters Original Cornish Pasty!
