Every day, Hay Farm provides us with the locally-grown vegetables we use in so many of our delicious products.

Hay Farm, just 15 miles down the road, has gone from strength to strength in recent years, and we are proud to be their principal customer. They supply us with fresh potatoes, swedes, onions and carrots, which arrive at our bakery daily, as well as grow some of the wheat which goes into our exclusive Cornish-based flour blend. One of the great things about this local supplier is that, in the summer season, the potatoes are harvested, delivered, cooked in our pasties and, remarkably, are on our customers’ shelves within 48 hours! It also means we can keep a close eye on all our crops as they develop right through the season.
