Bocaddon Farm creates the delicious Cornish soft cheese that you enjoy in some of your favourite Ginsters products.

Nestling in the Cornish Countryside, just 16 miles from our Callington Bakery, lies the farm which makes the tasty, local soft cheese we use at Ginsters. The family who own the farm also specialise in meat produce, but decided to branch out into cheese manufacture to make use of the fuller-flavoured milk that their herd of Jersey cattle had to offer. Right now, you can enjoy Bocoddon’s delicious soft cheese in our special edition Pork and Apple Pasty.
